I create custom portraits in different styles, such as:

• Classic black and white graphite

• Comic book style satirical color

The portraits are made from the photographs you provide, and are printed on modern and eco-friendly media such as canvases, framed posters, or wood prints.

2. How do I personalize an object?

You provide me with a photo for a stylized portrait, or a theme for your illustration, which will be used to personalize objects such as mugs, organic t-shirts, or organic cushions (refer to the catalog). All my products are designed with authenticity and sustainability in mind.

3. How does the ordering process work?

• Step 1: You fill out a quote request form or use the contact form on my site.

• Step 2: You send your photographs or specific requests for a portrait or illustration.

• Step 3: Once the quote is validated, I proceed to create your portrait or illustration.

• Step 4: I send you the final version for approval before printing.

• Step 5: Your order is printed and sent to your address.

4. What are the delivery times?

Times may vary depending on the product, the customization requested, your geographic location (for delivery) and the quantity of requests in progress. In general, it takes two weeks to receive a portrait. Delivery times for personalized products are equivalent, depending on the destination and the carrier.

5. Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, I offer delivery to many countries. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order.

6. Can I return a product?

Since my products are personalized, I generally do not accept returns, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error in the personalization. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt so that I can resolve the situation.

7. Are the portraits and illustrations protected by copyright?

Yes, all the portraits and illustrations that I create are protected by copyright. You have the right to use these works for personal use only, such as decorating your home or offering gifts. Any other use, especially commercial, requires prior agreement.

8. Can I offer a portrait as a gift?

Absolutely! I can provide gift vouchers that allow you to offer a personalized portrait. The recipient can then choose their style and preferences to create their portrait.

9. What are the prices?

The prices of my portraits and personalized products are mentioned in a non-exhaustive manner in my catalog. However, each request is unique and requires a personalized quote, as prices can vary depending on the chosen style, the support, the dimensions, and the customization options. 10. What are the accepted payment methods?

I accept credit card payments via PayPal or Stripe, and by bank transfer.

11. What are the eco-responsible commitments of your products?

All my products are selected and offered with authenticity and sustainability in mind. I favor the use of environmentally friendly materials for my personalized prints and objects. Portrait media and customizable products have labels such as: FSC, GOTS... organic and/or recycled materials...
