About
Who am I?
I’m a self-taught artist and writer, driven by my passion for creativity. Through my writing and blogs, I share the themes that resonate with me. Here, I’m offering my services as a portrait and illustration artist—whether for a family portrait, a special gift, or an illustration of a memorable moment. I listen to your wishes to create a piece that feels true to you and evokes your emotions. Each project is a new adventure where I strive to capture each person’s personality and story with care. Don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss your project and see how I can bring your ideas to life.
My pseudonyms—Ed, Punez, and Picco—aren’t masks but a way to protect my freedom and go beyond judgments. I’ve noticed my work is often perceived differently when my identity is ambiguous. Today, I’m stating it clearly: I am a woman. My goal is to break down barriers and celebrate art in all its forms while staying true to my vision.
In a world where labels are everywhere, my pseudonyms are my way of showing the diversity of my experiences and emotions. Each represents a part of me, a way to step outside of boxes and bring a unique style to my creations. I stand for nuance and contradictions; that’s where my true identity lies.
I celebrate all the stories and experiences that have shaped me, and I fully intend to keep living this way without compromising. This diversity is a strength. Even if it sometimes seems complicated, it’s how I live and work. It's how life is. I also want to say that I do everything on my own, with no assistance, allowing me to explore my passions deeply and take pride in my work.
The traditional
Are you, like me, a little tired of soulless digital visuals? Do you want a return to the “real”, the “traditional”, the “handmade”, the “human”, the “personal”, the “poetic”, the “true”?
I want to offer living portraits, not simple decorative objects, like a pile of photos that we never look at. Something that connects you to the memories of the loved one, of a memorable moment... Together, let's restore value to authenticity and the personal in a world that is too often formatted.
I hope to stand out through my sincere and caring approach, as well as through my varied proposals, adaptable to everyone's taste and budget.
Here, I want to slow down, take a break, give back this lost soul to images, as well as to words. An alternative to all digital, to mass production, to the disposable, to the impersonal, through traditional craftsmanship, for a clientele of individuals as well as professionals who wish to acquire a unique and respectful product, from human to human, with all the added value that this represents.
Whatever your project, small or large, whatever your budget, do not hesitate to ask. I will find the solution adapted to your needs and desires.
Commitment
I am committed, as much as possible, to an eco-responsible and humanist approach, through the choice of my products, the messages that I seek to convey, as in my daily actions. No one is perfect. It is not a question of being so. It is not a question of giving lessons but of becoming aware of our habits and their impact on our existence and that of others. By awakening our minds, we can break with the daily grind and reconnect with ourselves and with others. It is time to come out of passivity and reflect on the repetitive patterns that harm us. By doing so, we contribute to a better world, while inspiring others to do the same and to choose more conscious and respectful lifestyles. Every little gesture counts in this quest for balance.
It is time to rethink our relationship with consumption. Often, we invest considerable sums in products simply for their brand, thus becoming advertising vectors for companies that excessively exploit human and natural resources. Indeed, behind these logos hide alarming realities: inhumane working conditions, child exploitation and products full of harmful chemicals. Each impulse purchase, often relegated to the back of a cupboard, if not immediately thrown away, contributes to this destructive cycle. This observation also applies to our food, to everything. By becoming aware of these issues, we have the opportunity to make more responsible choices, favoring organic, ethical and sustainable products, the prices of which can gradually decrease. Because we are all responsible. We are not helpless victims. We accept and participate in this destruction, as we can participate in the development of a better world.
When you decide to adopt a responsible approach, every little step counts. You soon realize that organic products offered by local markets and cooperatives are not so expensive considering their quality. By choosing to buy less but better, you rediscover the joy of the simple and essential things in life. This approach allows you to fully enjoy the small daily pleasures. At the same time, you feel a new, more positive energy, accompanied by a feeling of proactivity. This pride and satisfaction of improving yourself day after day encourage you to take back the reins of your life. By respecting not only your life, but also that of your loved ones and your environment, you participate in a larger movement, a precious harmony between people and nature.
Consume organic, consume local, consume better, consume less, and live happily.
The best way to fight evil is a resolute progress in good. Lao Tzu
