The art of clarity is meant to be shared
Behind every project (whether artistic, entrepreneurial, or artisanal) lies a unique universe and a joyful creative chaos. My role goes far beyond applying standard consulting methods; it is about becoming a fellow traveler and a textual architect, here to bring structure and a dedicated showcase to your vision.
This page is not a traditional catalog of “client testimonials.” It is a space for sharing, a logbook where I highlight the behind-the-scenes of our partnerships, the essence of their work, and how we brought clarity to light together. Welcome to the studio.
Ivan Ulmann — Broken Tiles for United Hearts / Babylonication

Shining a light on a decade of monumental creation and building a golden bridge between an intimate vision and the institutional world.
Ivan’s world
Swiss visual artist based in Portugal, Ivan has spent more than ten years reimagining the art of mosaic. His work is built from thousands of upcycled ceramic fragments, each hand-cut and hand-sanded one by one. From this patient, titanic process emerged Babylonication, a series of eight museum-scale mosaics exploring the legacy of great empires, from ancient Babylon to the modern United States. Conceived as a traveling exhibition, the work is a quiet meditation on vulnerability, repair, and our capacity to find unity through imperfection. There is something almost ritual in the way he lets the image emerge from the fragment.
What we worked on together
When I first discovered Ivan’s work, the contrast was striking between the depth of what he had created and the still understated way it was being presented to the world. Our work focused on shifting his communication into a more fitting posture: not from a place of asking, but from the rare value of what he brings. We clarified his message, structured his materials, and refined his outreach according to each audience, so that his traveling exhibition could be received with the space it deserves, without losing any of its poetry, patience, or faith. In doing so, we also made the sheer scale of his process more visible, where every fragment matters and slowness becomes a strength.
His voice
“Emilie is an exceptionally gifted writer and professional adviser. She possesses the rare ability to capture a complex artistic philosophy and seamlessly translate a lifetime of creative work into profound, evocative prose. Her formidable analytical skills allow her to dissect intricate concepts swiftly, distilling them into clear, high-impact presentations without losing their artistic depth. I highly recommend Emilie to any artist seeking an elite professional who can beautifully and accurately articulate their vision, position and motivation to the world.”
What I take from it
Working on Ivan’s project was far more than a strategic consultation. His absolute dedication, shaped by ten years of solitary creation and an almost astonishing patience, deeply moved me and pushed me to go further. This collaboration also allowed me to bring to life, on a larger scale, my new hybrid consulting offer for artists. Ivan reminded me how much I love building those invisible architectures that allow authentic projects to finally appear at the scale of their true power.

Ana Íñigo Olea — Twelve O’Clock-Tales and After-Hours Thoughts

Accompanying the metamorphosis of a hybrid work and building a protective structure around a deeply intimate vision.
Ana’s world
Ana left the international spirits industry to study psychology and work in rehabilitation, before eventually returning to Spain to devote herself fully to her visual art, writing, and hybrid book project.
From this profound transition emerged Twelve O’Clock-Tales and After-Hours Thoughts, an illustrated hybrid memoir conceived as a liquid archive. Her work weaves together raw psychological reflections, surrealist illustrations, and cocktail recipes gifted by world-class bartenders. There is a very particular tension in her world, a quiet meditation on night, vulnerability, and transformation, as if each fragment of her story were searching for a way to let readers see themselves through her own reflections.
What we worked on together
When Ana came to me, she was carrying a work of remarkable richness but also facing the vertigo of a deeply personal project that is hard to fit into traditional boxes. Our work focused on bringing the thread of her ecosystem into clearer view without flattening its poetry or depth. Through a deep strategic review, we mapped out the areas of confusion in her materials and separated her narrative according to each audience. I also crafted her campaign outreach messages, shifting her communication away from conventional marketing machinery to establish an honest, noble approach that protects her authentic voice.
Her voice
“I requested her diagnosis for my project, and little did I know back then that I would not only receive a beautifully crafted presentation of my current situation, but also an engaging companion along the way. Every comment she has made about my project has unexpectedly illuminated my path. She is quite a muse.”
What I take from it
Working on Ana’s project was a beautiful reminder that deep empathy can be a powerful structural tool. Her absolute vulnerability and her courage to start over deeply moved me. This collaboration allowed me to show how a well-shaped framework can support creative momentum instead of constraining it. Ana reminded me how much I love building those protective structures that allow authentic, multi-layered projects to safely appear to the world without losing an ounce of their soul.
