Project Dossiers That Match the Quality of Your Work

For artistic, cultural, or human‑centred projects that need a clear, desirable, and credible dossier — without losing their soul.

Feedback proves it: people are moved, intrigued, sometimes blown away.
But as soon as you have to present it to funders, institutions, partners, or venues, everything gets harder: documents that are too dense, vague wording, visuals poorly showcased, files that don’t reflect the true level of your work.
In the end, it can feel like selling a diamond in a cardboard box.

This offer exists for that exact moment: creating a clear, robust container around your project, fully aligned with what you have already built — entirely in writing, asynchronously.

This page is for you if you carry a project that is:

  • Artistic – installation, exhibition, large‑scale work, site‑specific project, public commission…
  • Craft or design‑based – collection, signature object, brand collaboration, commission for a space.
  • Cultural, associative, or social – programme, local action, project with specific audiences.
  • Ecological / agricultural / territorial – with a strong human and sensitive dimension that needs to be understood by non‑specialist partners.

Your project needs a clear story and a dossier structure that speaks both to humans and to committees, juries, boards, or patrons.

Everything happens in writing, with no calls or video meetings.

Why?

  • To give you time to formulate and send your documents when you’re ready.
  • To give me time to read, think, annotate, and answer with precision.
  • So you keep a written trace of everything: feedback, questions, and decisions.

Before we rework your dossier, we begin with a written diagnostic of your project and existing materials.

You fill in a targeted questionnaire and send me your documents (PDFs, web pages, calls for proposals, pitch emails…). I then send back a structured report that highlights:

  • your strengths and what needs to be brought to the front
  • what creates confusion or feels “cobbled together”
  • what’s missing for funders, venues, or institutions to clearly position themselves
  • priority recommendations to bring your dossier up to the level of your project

You also receive an honest opinion on the clarity and feasibility of the project in its current form: what already holds, and what would need strengthening before applying for funding or approaching partners..

Goal: understand where the idea shines — and where the container lets it down.

Fee: from €320/$380 USD

This covers a “classic” project diagnostic. For very large‑scale projects (multiple dossiers, international stakes), the fee may be adjusted after a first written exchange with a sample of your materials.

The diagnostic can absolutely stand alone and be enough to clarify and reorient your project.

If we see that your documents need deeper reworking, we can design a tailor‑made support phase, quoted on a case‑by‑case basis, building on your Project Diagnostic and your priorities. In that case, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the global support price: it doesn’t stack on top, it is the first step.

From there, I offer a new framework for your project with a clear narrative (why this project, for whom, with what concrete impact), across several levels:

  • an ultra‑short pitch (for oral use / emails)
  • a short one‑pager
  • a proposed structure for the full dossier (headings, order, sections)

We then refine together by email:

  • what absolutely must stay
  • what can be moved, simplified, or cut
  • how to organise sections so a time‑poor reader understands the essentials in a few minutes

Depending on your needs, support may include:

  • precise comments directly in your dossier (or in an annex)
  • suggested rewrites for key passages
  • ideas for titles, sub‑headings, sidebars, summaries
  • recommendations on the choice and placement of visuals

We work in written back‑and‑forth cycles, over a number of rounds defined together, until the dossier is readable, defensible, and faithful to your intention.

The goal is not to “market” your project, but to make it:

  • easy to read
  • easy to defend
  • easier to approve for those who have to say yes

At the end of this work, you leave with:

  • a project you can present clearly in a few sentences
  • a dossier (or solid base) structured enough to hold in front of a jury or partner
  • texts that respect your voice but speak to the people in front of you
  • documents you’re no longer ashamed of — that you can send without apologising.

And often, something more: a sharper sense of what you truly want this project to change, for you and for others.

Every project has its own size, complexity, and level of maturity.

That’s why Project Support is always quoted individually, after a first written exchange where you share:

  • a presentation of your project
  • an overview of your current materials (or what you already have in mind)
  • a rough budget range
  • and any key deadlines

Based on that, I suggest an option with a clear scope (what I do / don’t do), deliverables, review rounds, timelines, and price.

Send me a few lines to introduce it, along with your current materials (or a draft) at contact@edpunezpicco.com or via the form below. I’ll tell you if I’m the right person to help — and in what format.

(e.g. exhibition, residency, community programme, publication, collaboration…)
(e.g. draft proposal, presentation, website page, notes…)

What if my project isn’t very clear yet?
That’s actually part of the work. The questionnaire and the audit also help surface what sits at the core of the project, what is secondary, and what is still vague. I’ll tell you honestly how far we can go in its current state, and what would need maturing before applying for funding or approaching partners more widely.

What if I don’t have a dossier yet?
That’s not a problem. You can come with a project that mostly “lives in your head”, a few notes, an email, or a scattered presentation. We’ll start by working on structure and narrative, so you can build a first clean dossier — rather than patching up something rushed together at the last minute.

Do you write the texts for me?
My role is not to speak instead of you, but to help you find the right form. In practice, I can suggest wording, rewrite options, titles and summaries, but always in a way that respects your voice and boundaries. You remain the author of the project; I’m here to clarify, structure, and strengthen it.

What if you think my project isn’t ready?
I’d rather tell you than let you invest time and money in a dossier with little chance of success. In that case, I’ll explain precisely what’s blocking (coherence, feasibility, positioning, etc.) and which intermediate steps could make the project more solid.
