About – An Artist’s Eye for Your Structures
Clarify your vision, organise your business, and present your projects with documents that actually hold together. I step in where noise, confusion, and overwhelm keep you stuck.
Clarity in the midst of noise and confusion
For many independents and project‑holders, the problem is not a lack of ideas, but too many of them. In a world that pushes for fast output and scattered efforts, how do you find the red thread of your work again?
Here, I invite you back to the essentials. My approach is not to add yet another communication layer, but to help you sort, prioritise, and make sense.
My role: analyse, structure, shape
I’m not a traditional agency, and I’m not a “marketer” applying generic formulas. I come from the studio: I’m a creator who understands strategy, people, and how small structures really function.
Along the way, I’ve gathered several skills — illustration, writing, UX, project management, marketing — to work on three interconnected levels:
- Structuring Diagnostic
This is the essential starting point. We lay out your situation, offers, touchpoints, and priorities. I map out blind spots, contradictions, and recurring friction points, then deliver a written diagnostic with a concise, prioritised action plan. - Projects (dossiers and presentations)
For artistic, cultural, or impact‑driven projects, I help you build documents that are readable, credible, and true to your intention. The goal: turn a strong idea into dossiers that speak both to humans and to juries, funders, directors, or patrons. - Alignment and Expression
Once the foundations are clear, we can work on the outward form: site structure, offer architecture, artisanal visual identity, illustration. These deliverables don’t “decorate” your business; they make the clarity we built together visible.

A method that respects your reality
01. Diagnostic first
You can’t build anything durable on confusion. The Structuring Diagnostic is non‑negotiable: it reveals what is really at stake in your situation before deciding whether support, a project dossier, or a full revamp makes sense.
02. A structure in service of humans
I’m not here to turn you into a “perfect brand”. We organise your ideas, assets, and priorities so that your system of work becomes sustainable and understandable — for you and for the people in front of you.
03. Tailor‑made collaborations
I don’t work with rigid packages that ignore your cycles, constraints, and sensitivity. The scope of any support or project is defined after the diagnostic, with a clear frame: what I do, what I don’t do, the pace, and the deliverables.
“My aim is to turn complexity into a business that feels organised, alive, and deeply aligned.“
A studio, not a machine
This site is my first portfolio: from strategic architecture to writing, from visual design to technical management, everything is designed and implemented by me.
I work without aggressive automations, chatbots, marketing cookies or heavy tracking, and without a hidden team. This is not a rejection of digital tools, outsourcing, or delegation. It’s a choice of coherence: favouring simple, understandable tools, freedom, autonomy, and independence, so that you stay clear on what you do — and on what I do for you.
When I use digital tools or AI, it’s as a deep‑dive assistant: a powerful tool that, when used deliberately, helps go faster and further in analysis, double‑check points, and cross‑view angles that even a team would lack time to explore — and avoid human oversights that could be costly.
This is also what allows me to offer a level of analysis usually reserved for larger teams, while remaining accessible for small structures and independents.
I use these tools in a thoughtful, limited way, in service of clarity and framing — never to replace your voice, nor to churn out generic content. The core of the work remains human, written and crafted by hand.

And now?
If you feel that your business or projects have become too complex to live only in your head, we can start with a written exchange to see whether I’m the right partner for you.
