How I work
When someone asks “what can you do for me?”, my answer is almost always the same: first, a diagnostic. Without this initial mapping, I can give surface‑level tips, but not what you actually need, in the right order. My role is to bring a structured outside eye to your world, gently untangle what’s mixed together, and hand it back to you in a clearer, more breathable form.
The Quartet of Possibilities
Clarity (Structuring Diagnostic)
The essential starting point. We lay out your situation, your priorities and the image you currently project. A deep audit to identify the knots and define a concrete action plan.
This Structural Diagnostic is for you if:
– you already have a website, texts or materials, but everything feels scattered,
– you struggle to explain your activity or projects in a few sentences,
– you feel a gap between what you do and the image people actually see.
The aim is not to push you into the biggest possible package, but to identify what is truly essential for you right now. Quite often, a request for a large, heavy accompaniment turns into a lighter but much more aligned option after the diagnostic.
You receive:
– a synthesis document that lays out your strengths, blurred zones and blockages,
– a prioritised reading of what is truly urgent and what can wait,
– a mini roadmap with 3 to 5 key actions,
– a “coherence & image” section with adjustment ideas (example reformulations, layout suggestions, visual direction hints).
The Structural Diagnostic is often the first step: it helps you step out of the fog before considering any longer accompaniment or more ambitious project.
Alignment (Tailor‑Made Support)
Once the foundations are set, we build together. Visual identity, website structure, or project organisation: flexible, human support to put your ideas into motion.
I mostly work asynchronously, in writing, so you have time to read, digest and respond at your own pace. Like an architect, I work with you on structures, plans and “how‑to” guides: you stay in control, with the choice to implement things yourself or to let me take care of some of the finishing layers (texts, page organisation…).
